A Commercial Perspective From Day One

Involved since the original inception of the team in the UK, we were able to provide a commercial steer to help deliver sustainable growth in the UK. As well as helping deliver large MNC clients, we have been able to build the structure around the commercial arm of the business, coaching and up-skilling non-sales staff to take a consultative sales approach to prospects and clients. Additionally, we were able to establish marketing practices to aid in longer-term business development. Working at this initial phase of growth,  over 18 months we were able to exit the business leaving it with a self-sustainable model of growth,

We were able to assist during a high growth phase of the business when a number of leadership changes were taking place within the commercial function of the business. A number of services were provided from lead sourcing, training for the business development team, identifying and sourcing key commercial M.I to help shape and structure strategy to delivering a well-received end of the year event for over 200 clients and prospects alike.
